How will the value of each Anim4rt NFT keep increasing over time? How can we fight deforestation of the Amazon Forest?

A hectare of Amazon Forest typically costs around $1,000, based on the specific location. Sadly, industries burn down the trees and subsequently resell the land for approximately $2,000 per hectare to other companies who undertake planting operations.

To amplify the value of the standing forest compared to the deforested areas, here’s our strategy:

Firstly, it’s essential to understand that each hectare within the Anim4rt forest generates approximately 16 carbon credits annually, with each credit carrying a value of around $20.

Our aim, as well as the project’s target, is to sell carbon credits generated by the Anim4rt forest through the Anim4rt Welfare Association to companies looking to offset their negative carbon impact.

This strategy should ensure that the forest’s standing value is a minimum of $320 per hectare and each year. All benefits will be used to purchase new parcels so the Anim4rt forest should double in size every three years.

This expansion is projected to drive up the value of the forest significantly. The price should surpass the $2,000 per hectare mark, so purchasing land for deforestation purposes will diminish considerably.
