This Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand how Anim4rt, LLC (collectively with all of its affiliates, referred to as “Anim4rt”, “we” and “our”) collects, uses, and shares your personal information, and to help you understand and exercise your privacy rights.

When you visit our website, various types of information are collected – including the IP address from which you are accessing the site, the version and type of browser used to access the site, the operating system used, domains, and request time. This information does not allow us to identify the identity of the user, and this is not our objective.

We use the information collected for statistical purposes only, which mainly allows us to improve the content and presentation of our website. Please note that we may collect additional data – such as name, postal and e-mail addresses, telephone number – which you voluntarily provide to us while browsing our site. You can also pay to use our services using a pseudonym or anonymized data, without providing us with the aforementioned personal data.

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information that we process – through our websites, mobile applications, associations that we operate, and any other service or interface owned or controlled by Anim4rt linked to this Privacy Policy (each being a “Service” and collectively, the “Services”). For the avoidance of doubt, Anim4rt does not control the blockchain protocol (“Protocol”) over which Non-Fungible Tokens (“NFTs”) are negotiable or usable and cannot monitor activity and data on the protocol, validation of transactions on the protocol, or use of the protocol. Please also note that any transaction via the protocol is public. As well as any wallet address with activity (whatever it is) on the protocol.

  1. CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time at our sole discretion. If there is a material change to this Privacy Policy, a notification will be posted on this page. We encourage you to periodically review this Privacy Statement to learn how Anim4rt is protecting your information. You understand and agree that you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Privacy Policy if you continue to use our Services after the new Privacy Policy becomes effective.

The categories of personal information we collect depend on how you interact with us, our Services, and the requirements of applicable law. We collect personal information that you provide to us, and that we obtain automatically when you use our Services, and personal information from other sources such as third-party services and organizations, as described below.

A. Information You Provide To Us Directly

We may collect the following personal information that you provide to us.

  1. Account creation:

We may collect personal information when you create an account with us or our service providers (e.g., Woocommerce), such as name, address, and email address. We may also collect additional personal information, such as your digital wallet address, if you purchase NFTs from us.

  1. Information on purchases, portfolio, and transactions:

In order to complete certain transactions or purchases on the Services, you may be required to provide us or our third-party payment processors with your payment information, and allow us to connect to your digital wallet by providing us with the address of your public portfolio. We will never ask for or retrieve your private keys. We do not directly collect or store payment card information entered through our Services or access your digital wallet, but we may receive from our third-party payment processing providers information associated with your payment card information (for example, your billing information). We may also collect your name, recipient name, email address, currency, IP address, and date in connection with transactions made using the Services.

  1. Additional identity verification information:

In order to support legal and regulatory compliance efforts, Anim4rt may engage third-party identity verification providers (such as Stripe, CoinBase, etc.) to verify your identity. These providers may require you to submit or request access to your mobile device’s camera to collect photographs and/or video, government-issued identification documents, e.g., passport, driver’s license or national identity card, social security number, employment information (e.g. company name) or proof of residence including visa information, and may also perform a live facial analysis and capture other biometric information generated from photos or videos.

Any collection of biometric information or identifiers is managed by our vendors, and we do not collect, access, or store any biometric information or identifiers through our Services. We may receive the results of identity verification checks from our suppliers, but these results do not contain any biometric or identifying information.   1. Miscellaneous:

We may collect personal information and details associated with your activities on our Services. For example, when you leave a comment on our website, the data entered in the comment form, but also your IP address and the user agent of your browser are collected to help us detect unwanted comments.

  1. Your communications with us:

We may collect personal information, such as email address, phone number, or mailing address when you request information about our services, sign up for our newsletter, apply for a job, or otherwise communicate with us.

  1. Interactive features:

We and other users of our Services may collect personal information that you submit or make available through our interactive features (for example, through the Anim4rt communities on Discord, messaging and chat features, and social media pages). We may contact you to participate in surveys and e-mailing campaigns. If you decide to participate, you may be asked to provide certain information which may include personal information.

We may collect the personal information you provide for any sweepstakes, giveaways, or contests we offer. In some jurisdictions, we are required to publicly share information about sweepstakes and contest winners.

  1. Social Media Platforms

Our Services may contain social media buttons, such as Discord, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, which may include widgets such as the “share” button or other interactive mini programs). These features may collect your IP address and the page you are visiting on our Services and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Your interactions with these platforms are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing them. You can stop or restrict the placement of these technologies on your device or remove them by adjusting your preferences according to your browser or device permissions. However, if you adjust your preferences, our services may not work properly. Please note that cookie-based opt-outs may not be effective on mobile applications.

We use Twitter Pixel and the Facebook Custom Audience pixel, which is a piece of JavaScript code installed on every page of our site that collects and transmits user-defined data to Facebook’s marketing program. We use this service to collect data related to user behavior on our site. Among the information collected by the pixel is the user’s browsing session which is sent to Facebook along with a hashed ID and the URL visited by the user. Each Facebook user has a unique Facebook ID, regardless of device, which helps us monitor visitors as they access our site from different types of devices. We use this data for commercial purposes, and more specifically to target advertisements with the Facebook advertising platform.

Transactions involving our NFTs will be conducted according to the corresponding Protocol. Because entries in the blockchain are, by their nature, public and it is possible for someone to identify you via your pseudonymous or public wallet address using external information sources, any transaction you enter in the blockchain could potentially be used to identify you or information about you. Please note that once your information is uploaded or otherwise saved on the blockchain, it cannot be deleted.

Some of your personal information may be visible to other users of the Services (for example, information appearing on generally accessible parts of contracts or on a user profile). Additionally, to make transfers through the Services, we will need to share some of your personal information with the party with whom you are transacting.

SSL Certificate

We have an SSL certificate. The certificate that SSL provides represents the highest level of SSL security, which activates the padlock and the HTTPS protocol. The green bar is no longer displayed, since the last update in the majority of browsers. It provides the strongest level of encryption and allows the organization behind a website to ensure the security of user data. It guarantees site visitors that its owner has secured the site and that your data is protected. For the SSL certificate to be recognized and trusted, it must be present and correctly installed.
